This all started out when I ran my car out of oil. So I was on the lookout for a new car, I own a light, and sound business so I needed something with lots of room in the back for equipment. Searching through CarGurus, I was looking at cars with a large cubic foot storage area. Among many suburbans and old beat up vehicles, a 2011 Mercedes GLK350 stood out. It looked emaculant, and there were 20-30 photos of the whole car including the minor bumper damage. It had 92000 miles and looked brand new. I sent a request to Grand Prix and had a Reply within 15 minutes. I talked to Dan who was extremely friendly and was willing to have us come out the next day very close to closing. I live about an hour out, and traffic was worse than I thought, arriving at 5:55 Dan was still welcoming and never tried to shoo us out. He had the car out and ready gave me the run down and made sure to show me the minor bumper damage and tell me the brake pads were low bet still about half. Dan let us take it for a test drive even though they were closing. We came back, and after driving it and seeing the inside, I decided to buy the car. Throughout the whole experience I never once felt pressured or tricked into buying the car. On a side note two days after driving the car I noticed that one of the front brake pads was gone entirely. I called Dan, and he had me bring it in a replaced both front brake pads at no cost and was very apologetic. I had one of the friendliest experience at a used car dealership Great job Grand Prix!
