I wanted to know who offers the guarantee for a specific product, whether they, the company or the manufacturer.
1. I send mail, no one answers for a month.
2. I call the number of guarantees, 2 calls of 15 minutes each, no one answers.
3. Call customer service, 5 min wait. The answer is that I don't know, to call the warranty number. I tell them no one answers. Send mail, said the consultant, I sent a month ago. Give me the email address from which you sent the email. I say ok. Another month has passed and I still haven't received an answer.

I also ordered 2 years ago a product paid in advance that was not enough, 4 days without any information. After countless calls that no one answered, I sent an email and someone called to tell me that the product was no longer in stock, they offered me an alternative to the desired product, they apologized, it went ok after. But still ... a custom update was enough and common sense, not to call unknowingly.

I wanted to support other sites besides eMAG, but evoMAG will be a site that I will not recommend to anyone for a deplorable customer service.
