I visited Troy Regional Medical Center's Emergency Room following a recent accident, and I left very impressed. The registration person was very friendly and I only waited about 2 minutes after registration to be taken to the back. My nurse was attentive, took time to explain everything she did, and always asked if I had any questions. The doctor (Dr. Veppa) told me everything he was going to do, why he was doing it, and also asked me if I had any questions. The radiology tech was nice as well. I was well pleased with my care and with the time it took to receive that care. Keep up the great work!!
