31Avoid/rubbish quoted me price for replacing a part on immersion heater which I got them to confirm twice on the phone what the quote included. When they arrived they informed me it didnt need replacing as it was just a tripped switch. Was expecting to pay something for there time but have Still charged full price off original Job and when I called to question this was told that the price i was quoted wasn't actually for job anyway and was just the standard call out. Which if I had known that would have never of booked in the first place as there call out nearly double where I had already been quoted!

Edit - 30/05 currently waiting for a partial refund from the accounts department.

Edit* 04/06 After phone call Thursday morning to say they would be giving a partial refund and someone from accounts would ring me. I'm still waiting.
