Dissatisfied. Horrible customer service. Unable to...

Dissatisfied. Horrible customer service. Unable to keep appointment times. Misdiagnosed my vehicle and failed to notify me of safety issue. Refused to accept a coupon with their name on it that was still valid. Unprofessional managment that does not take responsibility for their obvious lack of service. Fact that so called "certified 27 multipoint inspection" does not get preformed properly although the charge is still the same.

Took my GM to Bomarrito. They were fast and friendly. Corrected all issues on my vehicle that Jim Butler failed to find and/or did not advise me of. Appointment was a success and was true definition of appointment. Thank you Bomarrito, Jim Butler could learn from you.

Typical Jim Butler, still refusing to take responsibility for their actions. Since they have no record I guess I should report the charges to my account as fraud by them.

If you really wanted to correct the issues, I do not believe this is the professional way of doing so. If you have any further comments or would like to correct the issue Jim Butler, please do so in a business manor and refer to your invoice no. 29666.

Again showing the unprofessionalizem of Jim Butler. Have they herd of the Privacy Act. I do believe by them posting our full names, this a violation and release of personnel information.
Jim Butler how do you plan to correct this issue
