I generally dont write reviews but i wanted to to do this so it might help others. My experience is with pre owned vehicle section.

I bought a lexus IS from this dealership first of all the moment u step into this dealership they keep insisting on "if you like the vehicle sign this stupid peice of paper coming back that since you are interested you are obliged to buy. They had me waiting till 11pm even when i tell them i can comeback tommorow to think and make a descion"

All most all the dealerships offer 7day policy but especially this mac churchill says they cant take car back even if it has problems. They sold me a car without navigation but i was said it has one during the purchase. When i go back and ask manager they said they will take care of it 2 weeks from then they asked can you show something in writing which says they are going to provide you with navigation.

Overall i had a terrible car buying experience with these guys. They are not at all fair it is not always the same you get what they promised.STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE. Carmaxx is way better than this dealership.
