Nirvana Spa has been my favourite spa to visit since long before Covid; it is welcoming, unpretentious and the facilties are fantastic. You never felt crowded or rushed like you do at some other day spas.

Visiting during these strange times, I was quite anxious beforehand. Thankfully, Nirvana made the effort to post an extremely thorough video on their websites which sets out all the precaution they have put in place to make guests feel safe. It put me at ease.

On the day, the video was absolutely accurate. I felt very safe there knowing that the staff were being so proactive but also that the other guests were being respectful.

Given all the stress of everything happening in our lives right now, it was such a privilege to get to spend a day at Nirvana in a way where I felt safe and absolutely able to relax.
