Update. I wish everyone reading these reviews please read the ""responses"". They almost never address the actual review and they NEVER offer a solution. They are "canned" pre written generic replies. See how "they" replied to my review AFTER telling on over the phone that I should have paid MORE then I did and they are NOT going to address my issue.
