Hotel - you can see that refreshing works are being carried out (painting the barriers, etc., but very discreetly)

Service-Very nice, non-imposing what is welcomed by us. Nobody bothers you in shops like in other hotels. You do not need flags to protect yourself from undesirable intrusions from local tour sellers. The waiters are very nice. If someone wants to give a tip. it can be put into boxes on bar counters, which we first encountered in Egypt. The gastronomy manager is present all the time among tourists and always available to help.

Bars-

The lobby and the cafeteria are a total surprise - climate !!!!!!!! .Even in the 5 star El Malikia it was not like that. Everything served in glass -plus Nice service.

Bar in the water - small and constantly crowded by the same regulars for several hours, which suggests that they do not take care of their physiological needs outside. It is difficult to get a drink for yourself or a child. Swimming pool ok all day sunbeds.

Sunset Bar - between the pools and the beach of a higher standard. Drinks served only in glass. Coffee from the coffee machine very good. Service very nice.

Here a nice surprise for dinner only in T-shirts and very good. Cool shaded with a thatched roof and, additionally, windmills.

Small pebbles are better to have shoes. On the right side there is a giant swimming pool for those who want to lie down and do a little lingering.

On the left, the entrance to the bay is a bit of a reef and there are some fish for undemanding ones.

Food

Compared to El Malikia and e.g. Elphistone it is a fairy tale. Tasty seasoned soups. Tasty beef and chicken. Not so tiny pieces, only everyone wants and as much as they want. Nobody secretes food. We eat lunch on the beach with a variety of dishes and not like other hotels only burgers.

There are still almost no Poles. Only one family with children.

Evening entertainment - much richer than in hotels which I compared the animators run it differently. much better .

The stage is displayed at the tables in the sunset bar, so you can watch the tables at the tables and not on the stairs.

For drinkers :) they serve drinks in 250 ml glasses and not 100 ml disposable as in other hotels. Beer only from a bottle !!

Overall: a big plus for the Utopia Management Board for a well-chosen team of employees. Nobody imposes itself and everyone is helpful.
