I really wish I could give it no stars. My company just moved to the area and decided to give Catfish and Company a chance to impress us so we would have someone to have our meetings or even provide our lunches due to us having classes multiple times a month. The experience was awful. One co-worker called and placed the order with who we found out was a manager and was quoted 1 price which was incorrect. We looked online for the menu and prices. Come to find out I am responsible for their prices being wrong online go figure. Their response was to go on facebook for the right price. I work I don't be on facebook. You would think a business wouldn't want to loose business and accommodate a customer especially after I advised that our company was new to the area. But believe me when I say me, my family, or no one from the company will be back. Then to top it off the food was cold and horrible. Okra was soggy and the fish was small, cold, and mostly batter. My suggestion is do not go to Catfish & Company in Hurst.
