Rooms is good & spacious. I gave a bad rating because of a bad experience I encountered. A girl colleague of mine paid me a visit on one night and as the elevator was using keycard, she went to the concierge to get assistance. The way the concierge staff question her was very unacceptable. They even ask for her identification as if she was a prostitute looking for clients. I have to personally speak to the concierge before she was allowed up. I felt so humiliated & embarrassed for the whole incident. My advise to the management is pls don't judge a person based on her looks and sexy appearance. She is actually a high ranking engineer from a public listed company with a 5 figure monthly salary. What a real bad experience & disappointment from the hotel. Never will stay here again.
