Lack of/Poor customer services - only two ways you can reach out to them, by phone (which takes on average over 40+ minutes even when you call at 8am sharp) or by email (they will respond to you in 2-3 days). Good luck with dealing with them. It's 2020 and BMOIL still doesn't offer live chat.
And response/customer care team, stop apologizing and revamp BMOIL before your customers all go to competitors.
