Clearly, this company is desperate at the expense of their customers. As if they don t charge enough for their products, (many which can be found for less online) they nickel and dime you at every turn. If they mail you a coupon, don t count on it necessarily working. If they decide they will honor a coupon and extend free shipping as a courtesy for your trouble, don t expect them to honor their word either. After THREE phone calls to this company, the original discounts were finally extended, but not after losing my temper! No company is worth that headache. When you re spending $100+ on address labels, it doesn t seem like too much to have a few bucks taken off.
