Landmark Resort was the WORST HOTEL STAY EVER and better be glad that they have to get a star because I feel that they should not have any stars. First of all the beds are very HARD and will hurt your back. Then the toilet seems like it's running all night. Then we decided to go to the pool and there is a pooped up pull-up on the ground (indoor pool) and when we're told the staff he gave us a towel (as if I'm suppose to clean it) and kept going. My kids don't even wear pull-ups so i sure wasn't about to clean up someone else poop. We saw housekeeping once when she came and took all of our towels and washcloths and toldus she had to check the laundry. After 3 pm we still didn't have any towels sooo we went down to the front desk and they told us they would have someone bring them up but they NEVER did so at 11pm we went back and they gave it to us. To top it all off we woke up the next morning to NO RUNNING WATER and all they can say is I'm sorry but it's nothing we can do. WORST HOTEL STAY EVER
