Kelvin Jones is an amazing customer service rep. On Thursday there is no shuttle service and he was able to arrange for a ride to work after I left my vehicle there. He had someone fix my trunk that would not open . They fixed it quickly . Kelvin told me about the oil change special and that saved me alot of money .
Highly recommend David Mcdavid in Frisco and ask for Kalvin . He will take great care of you! I work for Allstate but You Are In Good Hands With Kalvin Jones !
