We got car finance for our Hyundai Tucson purchased at Phil Gilbert in Croydon on Parramatta Road in NSW. When we changed our address as we moved they increased the interest and weekly payments by $20 we were surprised by this because we have a locked interest for the duration of the loan for 4 years. I've been trying to get in contact as the online portal is not that good, just using it to check payments. But, cannot get a hold of them to get answers. I would not recommend getting your finance with these guys. You're better off getting unsecured loan with a bank.
I also want to add DO NOT GET INCOME PROTECTION INSURANCE WITH THEM. My hubby lost his job due to Covid. We got assistance from Govt and bank. We paid for the insurance income protection and it was like trying to get milk from a bull. They took a month to process anything in the meantime they kept taking money. Its terrible that you pay for this service and for them to try their best not give it to you. We can't wait for our loan to finish and not deal with this unethical company anymore. Will not recommend and will not purchase anything Toyota.
