Update 12/30/19. During the below visit we requested a noise coming from the rear left be investigated. Another failure that had to be repaired during our Christmas trip to UT.
Took our Flex in for the 100K service 3 weeks ago. Technicians didn't change the spark plugs, they told my my wife they "looked good". Well, one of the spark plugs fouled on the way to KC on Friday so we missed the presentation at parents night at my daughter's college. Car is at Baxter Ford south now getting the new plugs it should have gotten to begin with. Also, Baxter south stated there was a recall on the fuel pump and are changing that as well. This didn't get mentioned during the initial visit 3 weeks ago during the 100K service and based on my research and discussions should have been. Will never bring my vehicles here again.
