If you are not dumb and can read instructions prior visiting the place - you should be served pretty fast. I had two inquiries during my stay in the US and had to visit the Consulate - my experience was good. I have seen staff served visitors even though those missed something or missunderstood, however I don t think Consulate had to do so. In other words from what I have seen - they really tried helping Ukrainian citizens whenever it was possible, while still was some who complained, but I think this type of people are just born to complain. Wish our Conulate staff patience in their mission, while still it would be great to have more remote/online services provided in the future withouth visiting the office
