My father-in-law was just coming out of the hospital following a heavy surgery and he received a call from a Provitalia broker working for SPVIE. The latter sold him insurance in case of hospitalization by asking him by telephone these bank details (And he gave them ...)
HE NEVER SIGNED CONTRACT OR RECEIVED THE LATTER.
It was necessary to call them at least 3 or 4 times to finally give me a contract number (the previous interlocutors were unable to)
So I asked for reimbursement but it ended with a categorical NO (at least 5 or 6 withdrawals of more than 40 per month)
