We have been with Russell Martin for probably 40 years - since they opened in the home on Jefferson. We continually rate them as five star providers for product and service.

We just completed a recarpeting of our upstairs. We complicated their work by needing to schedule four installs, so we could clear bedrooms one at a time. As they always are, they were flexible, courteous, timely and complete.

For the first time ever, we had what we thought was an issue with the stair install. We had them in to review. Thet acknowledged that the work didn t meet their standards and promptly replaced the work.

They are the best. They have earned this recommendation and they proved it by their actions, time and again. Thanks.
