Lack of ethics. I showed up to test drive a car only to learn that the battery had to be replaced and... that they had trouble with a lock and it was still in the shop but... that I could come back the next day. When I called I was then told there was no way for me to test drive because they couldn't even access the car (electrical problem that wouldn't allow the door to open). Parts ordered... should be ready Tuesday... salesman called and tried to sell me another car... when I inquired about the one I wanted... interesting... someone had put a deposit on it. Really? Your responses insult my intelligence and, your actions have reinforced my general distrust of car salesmen.
