The food was mainly good and the service friendly other than the unsmiling wine waiter who I think tried to upsell my choice of wine by asking if I knew that it was sharp. Wines were pricey but this is what I would expect from this type of establishment. However whatever you do avoid the Kir Royale. Having asked for only a small amount of Cassis, what came was half of glass of warm frothy syrup!! I would also probably give the suggested tea that was optional with the duck and waffle a miss. Surprisingly the bread was one of the high spots. There are lots of good restaurants where you would get much better food for less cost but not 40 floors up. So for a special event worth going to.
