If I could give -50 stars I would. Literally THEE worst hospital on earth & I ve been coming here with my mom for 24 years! Nothing s changed about the emergency room except the staff get nastier. Probably because they are severely understaffed & unprofessional or just have bad days at home EVERY DAY. But that s no excuse, patients come here because they aren t feeling well, you shouldn t ignore them, you should treat all humans with respect & kindness. Majority of the staff don t seem to know what that is or how to be gentle. I type this with tears in my eyes as my mom is a regular here unfortunately, & the simplest thing such as a bed pan being asked for was ignored by 7 different people because it s not their zone . Crazy to think they ll let someone piss themselves because they don t want to walk 5 steps to provide basic care.
