After purchasing my Mini Cooper Countryman S from Irak (great experience!) I had a small issue which I needed the service team to address. Irak made it super easy to come in and completely took care of me. He even washed my car without being asked, which made my day. Over all very impressed with the professionalism and the attitude of Irak. A lot of sales people are eager to get to the sale, but he's proven that even after the sale, I'm still a customer he cares about, which is very rare. Highly recommend him.
