My 14 year old sister was sent to collections. Nobody saw a bill to take care of it and it shouldn t have been linked to her SSN, she not even old enough to pay for it. Definitely fighting this in collections! This a terrible company! I guess the one star means a service was provided. Feels more like a disservice than anything.
