Just bought a new PULTE home with RSI cabinets. The cabinets are terrible. Scratches, dings, chips, etc. Napoleon came out from RSI and says he doesn't see any problem. He said the agreement with the builder is if you can't see the problem from 4 feet away then it isn't a problem. So he is standing 6 to 7 feet from the cabinets saying.... I don't see anything. If you want POOR QUALITY cabinets and bad workmanship then RSI is the company for you
