Was approved for a 2020 nissan kicks and 2 weeks later was told they couldnt take my trade in even though their MSRP deal was for any car under 8 years and 80,000 miles. My car was in relatively great shape with 60,000 miles. They tried making me come in on my 1 year olds birthday to "complete paperwork" only to find out they needed to give me my trade in back but said I could still keep the nissan kicks... Why would I want two car payments? Went to ford and traded my car in no problem and even got a better deal. I know others who have had the same issues. Will never go to nissan again or refer anyone to them.
