I live in Dunstan Crossing in Scarborough and we have Dirigo Managment as the company that is managing our association and I am not happy with them at all as I serve on the Master Association Board and I feel their communication is not good at all, I feel that mismanage our money, I truly don't believe they act in this associations best interest at all as have asked multiple times if they have actively seek bids for different property maintenance companies they claim they have but nothing they have done proves it, they have spent money when we have not approved the spending and as every association should have a solid reserve they have put us in a place of month to month which is terrible. I along with a least three other board members are going to push and do everything we can to remove them and hire a new company that will act in the best interest of our association.
Being at meeting and just trying to go over financials and being told to me that we need to not spend a lot of time on them by the property manager is not acceptable or getting an email that was address to me and the president of the board explaining they needed to take what little reserve we had to pay a bill that was submitted from months back and ask both of us not to say nothing to the rest of the board which I will never do as we have the same common interest as this is our neighborhood.
I have really tried to give them chance after chance but in my opinion based on facts they are a very disorganized company that does not have the ability to act on the best interest of the people that hire them and their communication skills are absolutely terrible.
