1 year ago we had an issue with our heater and Rick came out and fixed it for us, today our hot surface igniter went so we called and they sent Rick back out. He diagnosed and fixed it and within minutes our heat was back on. I have 2 young children and really appreciate the efficiency and quickness of both PVG and Rick! He s currently training another gentlemen and we told him he s learning from the best because Rick really knows his stuff and is such a nice guy! Thanks again!
