The technicians who came to my house did a great job. We had some cat urine to clean up from a new kitten, and after about a week since the cleaning the carpet still smells good. They treated the area and cleaned the entire room thoroughly, but efficiently (about 45 minutes). Also appreciated that there were no hidden fees. Just paid the minimum, with the pet treatment included. They also had great customer service each time I called with questions before the appointment. We'd be happy to use AJS again!
