Love this gym! I have been training with one Janice (Co-Owner/Coach) for quite a few years now. She's a wonderful Coach who considers her athletes needs and abilities. The Coaching staff is experienced and well rounded. The gym is HUGE and lots of room to work out without bumping into each other. Plus, Northern Virginia Ninja is located there and the obstacles look amazing to me (a non-ninja). Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming. It's a really great place and I highly recommend it!
