Intervapo successfully spoils the Peugeot brand.
In November last year, I booked a new Peugot 3008 with them, when I returned to finalize the transaction, it turned out that the car has already been sold. The company did not offer help in finding another. I had to look for it myself and only found it in Koszalin.
On March 11 I was scheduled for a service visit. Oil change plus checking the computer system with which I have problems.
I was scheduled for a specific date due to the need to provide me with a replacement car, especially since the removal of the factory defect could take up to many days (complete disassembly of the computer and sending it to the manufacturer). I had an appointment at 11 o'clock, but the day before, the company sent me a text message when I arrived at 1030.
I went to the service half an hour earlier and the employee with whom I made an appointment a few days earlier said that I would not get a replacement car.
The Peugeot company is lying in its offer.
The car cost over 150,000, is out of order and the service refuses a replacement car, contrary to the previous agreement.
I will never buy a French car again.
