On May 15, 2018 I had an error code show up on my security system since I was scheduled to leave town this day I immediately contacted Custom Security to help with my problem. The customer service this company provides is second to none. In this day and age of rude and clueless customer service this company stands way, way out. I have been with Custom Security for well over 20 years, and have never had a bad experience. They sent a team out to fix the problem the same day since I was planning to go out of town. The 2 service guys (Jody's name is on invoice) figured out the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes by running a wire in the attic. Turns out I also ended up needing a new battery, I went into the office to purchase it and the lady who helped me (long, dark hair) was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and made sure that I was taken care of and since it was my second time in the office that day did not charge me for the battery. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality, well run security company, all the employees are top notch that I came into contact with.
