i brought my truck in for a new water pump and oil...

i brought my truck in for a new water pump and oil injection pump and ive had to go back twice now to have them fix their mistakes. they forgot to fill it back up with coolant after so I brought it back just for them to fill it up and then lie and say it was full the whole time even though it clearly wasn't. then a few days later the hose on the bottom of my radiator came off and I lost all my coolant. I went to them to just be talked down to and called a liar with no resolution to the issue besides them giving me 3 gallons of coolant when my truck takes over 7. then I called the manager to file a complaint, he also was completely unhelpful saying the only people there are the techs, not the mechanics, and that he wouldn't trust them to even tighten the hose clamp and fill up my coolant. then his only offer of resolution was to give me a coupon for an oil change by the same techs he just said he wouldn't trust to tighten a hose clamp. this place is a joke and I wouldn't take a 30 year old ford probe there for a new light bulb.
