I traded my 2010 BMW 528i with 2016 528i. The sales person, Omar, impressed me with his knowledge of the car and his professionalism. I was able to find the car I was looking for quickly, learn all the latest technology available in the 2016 model. The sales process was very smooth. Audie, the finance person, was very professional and knowledgeable as well. I never felt pressured during the sales or finance process.
