The receptionist Susan. Gave me a ridiculously hard time checking in. She was rude , short , and just down right unfriendly and unhelpful. Then when I went to the room. She gave me a bad key. Thank God, the other one worked because I seriously did not want to go back down and deal with her again!!!
Wont be coming back. Thanks Susan
