I m not one to complain in fact this is the first time I am leaving a review.
Our recent experience at villa has been really disappointing overall. We have been loyal members of Villa since 2011 and have never had a complaint till recently. It has been frustrating to deal with poor management of the VillaKids, along with the experience over all as members. We have a family of 7 so we typically utilize Villa as a way to spend quality time as a whole. It has been extremely difficult to get our kids in daycare even if we have a class scheduled it is always booked regardless if we try to book in advance. We ve attempted several times to communicate our issues with the front desk because we are regulars but the front desk associates seemed to not care or take note. Asking to speak to a manager is almost impossible. So after several failed attempts in trying to resolve some of these issues, we chose to end our long term relationship with Villa. We would be happy to come back if we are allowed to book our kids during 1-3pm but unfortunately, that is no longer the case.
