I'm editing this rating to reflect that Dunn HC reached out to me and I appreciate their understanding of why this was upsetting for me. Seems like the below resulted from a series of honest and relatable errors.

No-Showed!

Called at 1015, the furnace was not functioning and it's -16 out. Said they'll get in touch soon. I slept on the couch waiting for their call and heard nothing. Called back at 6 to ask what the deal was and lady just interrupts me and puts me on hold.

Based on the way she was speaking to me, she'd maybe just got out of bed and was mad I woke her. I hung up.

Doesn't really cut it for a 24/7 business. Still haven't called me back so I guess they aren't coming?
