Our first time visit was yesterday and we went for lunch. Let me tell you the food was delicious and the presentation just as FABULOUS. The service was good. The only issue we had was that my credit card was charged a tip automatically. We always tip in cash and had left a $10 bill. But our bill was 52.07 and I was charged 62.48. An exact 20% tip. I went back and they denied it and when I had proof they said said it would be credited back to my account. The staff was prompt, responsive, and decent in handling the issue and states that it is a policy with preloaded cc companys that is beyond their control which I verified throught the cc company.
