Found a Jeep on ksl went in 2 days in row to look for the jeep that said was in their Salt Lake City location and when I searched the parking lot I could not find it. I went in to ask where it was 5 minutes after they closed( which I didn t know they closed at 7) and the lady named Alex Romero s could not help me cause they already closed. I then asked if she could tell me where this vehicle was at and she responded Lindon even though it s said SLC. I asked Alex If she could have it brought down to this location and she said they do not share inventory between locations without downpayment on the jeep.
I was willing to buy right then and have had been prequalified for the amount of the vehicle. She made me feel like a inconiveince vs a customer. Alex should go to charm school and learn how to deal with customer...
