I am a convert to Beemer. In the past 20 years, I have had the pleasure of buying 4 new cars from BMW dealership on Sunlight Park. In between I drove another brand but returned to Beemer for 2 main reasons, in addition to the quality and the performance of the vehicle.

1) Specifically, the selling process was seamless. No pressure, full disclosure at all steps. The salesperson ( Antonio Masciangelo ) should be a model to the industry. His total commitment to the customer and after sales service is commendable. Antonio even emailed a response on a weekend.

2) The service department at SunLight Park BMW dealership has no parallel. I commend the workshop for the quality of customer care, delivery on time and no surprise billings. Each and every individual exudes confidence and care for the customer. Raffi Kerametlian , the Workshop Manager is personally available whenever necessary. When I bought my new car, I was not familiar with all the toys and technology buttons of the car. Raffi personally called me on a Saturday to guide me through the technology maze.

I give BMW the highest grade on quality of service.
