We had a pretty large job in installing the Waterguard product throughout our entire basement, including a new sump system and Sanidry system. We have had some shaky vendor interactions in recent time but the Basement Systems team has restored my faith that there are reputable businesses out there. Bernie, Tyler, and James treated this install like it was being done in their own homes. They were great in communicating what they were doing, and answered any and all questions that we had during the process. The efficiency was great, and the job was finished ahead of schedule. I look forward to finishing what will now be certain to remain a dry basement, and we will continue to work with Basement Systems as we progress in our basement project.
