Friendly staff and low pressure sales. Delivery was a little below standard (they managed to lose my second key fob, manual, and run out of all weather floor mats) but they made the effort to fix things as soon as they were organized (the following week, promised fix in 48 hours but was apparently untenable). I m happy with the vehicle overall though, Volkswagen makes a quality product.
