The workers have attitude most of the time. You can never reach your case worker. Don't bother calling leaving a message they never return it. The staff never want to help out or answer questions. The wait be long too. Most of the workers are Talking or Just on computer pretending to be busy. It an outrage how they treat people. They need some major improvements. If they don't like there job then they should find a job that for them and give the jobs to the people who are ready to work!
