Everyone was nice. Unfortunately, they did not explain the federal and state rebates correctly for the B Class all electric vehicle. We expected to receive a $7,500 rebate on our taxes, but MBEDH received it instead. This was not an insignificant error on their part. Additionally, there was some problems with the electronics in the car Command System and they were not helpful advocates with MBUSA to solve our problem. I had to call them myself and solve it.

I need competence, not just nice. This is my first MB. Although I love my B-Class, I am not sure if there will be a second for us.
