We've been renting for over a year and have had a very positive experience. Today, (Saturday) we came home from shopping at 3pm and found our a/c was not working. By 6 pm, ERA had a tech from Four Seasons Air Conditioning at our home and the problem was fixed by 7 pm. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks, Josh, for making it happen!
