My garage door stopped working randomly despite it being under 13 years old and always having worked fine. I reached out to RCS and was greeted by a very polite woman. I explained to her the issue and she set me up with a technician within a reasonable timeframe.

Ryan arrived at my home at the scheduled appointment time and was extremely courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and offered me several solutions and different price points. He worked fast and efficiently, it was fixed within the hour! It s always awesome to receive customer service that is of a higher caliber. My #1 complaint with many companies is that the customer service isn t there. It s not that hard to be nice and professional and Ryan encompassed what it s truly means to give awesome customer service. My garage door now feels, sounds and works like it s BRAND NEW. I highly recommend RCS and if possible, have them set you up with Ryan.
