The hotel is a disaster and is long overdue for a change in management. They habitually do not honor the rates they publish. Its called bait 'n' switch and I have decided to take my business across the street to the Hilton where I can a nicer room at a lower price. If Bill Marriott knew about this Sheraton's business practices, he would have a bird. They should have never bought the brand. It was never a winner.
