Beautiful exterior and setting, but bored staff serve mediocre food in a disinterested way. Plates are put down with just two words: "anything else?". Sorry to have bothered you, serving team. Atmosphere is killed by generic pop/hip hop music played through TV speakers for some reason.

It could be genuinely great, and I will be back to see if it was just an off day - no pub with this much potential can have a genuinely bad management team - but hospitality and attention to detail severely lacking.
