This is as close to traditional Roman meal as you will get in the States. Truly an EXCELLENT job on the pinsa and all the antipasti. There are plenty of tourist trap restaurants in Roma that are not close to as good of a representation of great local food as this place. Highly recommended if you are looking for a light meal before a concert or show. Can't say enough good things about this place even after living in Roma.
